Highland and York was founded by Noel Wright, an experienced banker with over 20 years’ experience in the sector with specialization in funding for healthcare practitioners.
Being married to a doctor he has a unique understanding of the finance requirements of doctors as they progress from study to public and private practice. This informs every facet of Highland and York, meaning that you will be treated as an individual with unique requirements, not as a number or a business to be sold to.
Highland and York does not seek to market itself as a large corporate concern because this would align it more with the banks and financial institutions, rather Highland and York acts as a consultant reviewing lending requirements and matching these in a considered way to the what is available in the market.
